Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Phronis Inc (“Phronis,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you access or use Vaultz at vltz.io and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who operates the Service

Vaultz is operated by Phronis Inc. You can learn more about Phronis at phronis.tech.

2. Information we collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

  • Wallet and on-chain data. When you connect a wallet, we receive your public wallet address and may read publicly available blockchain data related to your use of Vaultz (deposits, claims, launches, and program interactions). We do not receive your private keys or seed phrase.
  • Launch and profile information. If you create a vault, you may provide token metadata (name, symbol, description, image, social links) and link an X (Twitter) account. This information may be stored on our servers and, where applicable, pinned to IPFS or written on-chain.
  • OAuth and social data. If you connect X, we receive information authorized through that integration (such as account identifiers and profile details needed to display or post on your behalf, according to your settings).
  • Technical and usage data. We may collect IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, timestamps, and similar logs needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
  • Communications. If you contact us, we retain the content of your message and contact details you provide.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
  • Display vault listings, stats, buyer lists, and creator tools;
  • Process wallet-connected actions you initiate;
  • Operate optional X integration and share features you enable;
  • Detect abuse, fraud, and security issues;
  • Comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service;
  • Communicate with you about the Service.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your wallet data to custody assets on your behalf.

4. How information is shared

We may share information with:

  • Service providers that help us host the site, store data, pin metadata (e.g. IPFS gateways), or operate infrastructure;
  • Blockchain networks — transactions you sign are public and permanent on Solana and related protocols;
  • Third-party protocols such as Meteora, Jupiter, or wallet providers, according to their own policies when you interact with them;
  • Other users and the public — launch pages, vault stats, and on-chain activity are inherently public;
  • Authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

5. Cookies and local storage

We may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies for session management, preferences, OAuth state, and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work if you disable them.

6. Data retention

We retain information for as long as needed to operate the Service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. On-chain data cannot be deleted by us once confirmed on the blockchain.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure; you use the Service at your own risk, especially when connecting wallets and signing transactions.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of personal information. To make a request, contact us through phronis.tech. We may need to verify your identity. Note that we cannot alter public blockchain records.

9. International users

The Service may be operated from the United States. If you access the Service from other regions, you consent to transfer and processing of information in jurisdictions that may have different data protection laws than your own.

10. Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect information from children.

11. Third-party links

The Service may link to external sites (DEXs, explorers, social networks). We are not responsible for their privacy practices.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
